At Old Harbour Brewery, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the shop policies carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Policy

We currently offer two options for receiving your products:

  • PostNet to PostNet: Once your order is confirmed, your parcel will be shipped to your selected PostNet location. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your region.

  • Collection from our Brewery: You may choose to collect your order directly from our brewery in Hermanus. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please note: Shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to external factors beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on personal-use items unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Exchange Requests: Exchanges for size or colour are subject to availability. Shipping costs for exchanges will be at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
